EasyAnamnesis is an AI-powered documentation assistant designed for healthcare professionals. We prioritize the security of medical data in alignment with GDPR, KVKK, and HIPAA-oriented security frameworks.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we process, protect, and retain data used to provide transcription and clinical documentation features.

2. Data Processing & Third-Party AI Disclosure

To provide transcription and clinical documentation features, EasyAnamnesis may process the following categories of data provided by the user:

Audio Recordings: voice data used for transcription.
Transcript Text: text generated from recordings.
Generated Summaries: structured clinical documentation outputs.
Limited Account or Technical Data: data necessary to operate the service.

For these features, data may be transmitted securely to third-party service providers, including OpenAI for audio processing and Anthropic models for structured medical summaries.

This data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested documentation features. Data transmitted through these services is not used by those providers to train their models.

Consent: By initiating a recording, you explicitly consent to the transmission of data to these secure providers for the sole purpose of documentation.

3. PII Redaction & Anonymization

Our system automatically attempts to detect and redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before final outputs are generated. However, users are responsible for a final review of all clinical summaries before inclusion in medical records.

4. Security & Retention

Encryption: All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.

Retention: Transcripts and summaries are stored while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently purged within 30 days.

Sinirli Hesap veya Teknik Veri: hizmetin calismasi icin gerekli veriler.

Bu ozellikler kapsaminda veriler, OpenAI'nin ses verisini islemesi ve Anthropic modellerinin yapilandirilmis tibbi ozetler uretmesi dahil olmak uzere ucuncu taraf hizmet saglayicilara guvenli sekilde aktarilabilir.

Bu veriler yalnizca talep edilen dokumantasyon ozelliklerini sunmak amaciyla islenir. Bu hizmetler uzerinden iletilen veriler, ilgili saglayicilar tarafindan modellerini egitmek amaciyla kullanilmaz.

3. Kisisel Verilerin Maskelestirilmesi ve Anonimlestirme

Sistemimiz, nihai ciktilar olusturulmadan once kisisel olarak tanimlanabilir bilgileri (PII) otomatik olarak tespit etmeye ve maskelemeye calisir. Ancak tibbi kayitlara eklenmeden once tum klinik ozetlerin son kontrolu kullanicilarin sorumlulugundadir.

4. Guvenlik ve Saklama Suresi

Sifreleme: Tum veriler, depolama sirasinda AES-256; aktarim sirasinda ise TLS 1.2+ ile sifrelenir.

Saklama: Transkriptler ve ozetler, hesabiniz aktif oldugu surece saklanir. Hesap silindiginde, iliskili tum veriler 30 gun icinde kalici olarak silinir.

5. Tibbi Sorumluluk Reddi

EasyAnamnesis bir tibbi cihaz degildir ve tibbi tavsiye, teshis veya tedavi onerisi sunmaz. Tum klinik kararlar ve nihai dokumantasyonun sorumlulugu tamamen yetkili saglik profesyoneline aittir.
